The Kurosagi Corpse Delivery Service is a great manga. I then went to see if it was an advanced copy which it wasn’t, but found out that Dark Horse will release an omnibus edition of the first three volumes of this manga. I only found it in my Local Comics Shop today. I didn’t know that Dark Horse Comics released volume 14 of The Kurosagi Corpse Delivery Service this past July. Maybe, like Oswalt, this is my Silver Screen Fiend. But in it contains the movies that I have seen in the theaters these past 12+ years. Like I said, this blog is just bad movie writing. Hopefully, Patton Oswalt’s diary of the movies he’s seen as he gained fame will help me with my movie viewing writing. I have a need to read some stories about movies.
If I could draw, I would love to do a comic strip.
It’s got the final chapters of the Peanuts strip. I have several of the early volumes but haven’t bought any of the latest. I love how it makes me feel so happy to see the fun adventures of Yotsuba, the 4 year old, kawaii kid. Maybe writing why will help me read the book. Maybe I can write reviews of what I read.īut first, let me write about what I bought and the motivation to buy it. It stays there for years before I decide to read it. I usually buy something which I end up not reading. I go to the bookstore just about every week. But any writing at the moment would be great. I need to mix things up and get back to some writing. The movie reviews are quickly jotted notes making no sense. It’s nothing but movie reviews and links of the day with not much to say and terrible writing. Plus, the characters - made outcasts by their abilities to find or communicate with the dead or their knowledge that there’s more in the world than most people know - are sympathetic in their desire to find their place and way to contribute to making things right.The blogs been bleak lately. It’s because the concepts are so interesting, and the theme of wanting justice is universal, both expressed with a black humor. (Frequent readers of this site may be wondering why I like this series so much if it involves walking corpses and other horror elements, since I don’t care for the genre in general. The final showdown, with a zombie uprising, is amazing. It’s a suspenseful story, with the reader following along with the team as they try to figure out who’s impersonating them and why. Amusingly, the imposter group, which charges to make body problems go away, are better at making money than the real thing.
The first story incorporates a hypocritical, corrupt politician, a conspiracy website that’s begun writing about the Corpse Delivery Service, a smartphone app that reveals the thoughts of the dead, and a group pretending to be the team we know.
